The Jordanian Mansafis Jordan’s national dish and is the pride of our people.
At Rawabina, we take special care of our mansaf! After carefully selecting big chunks
of meaty lamb bones, we simmer them and cook them for a long time in a delicious goat yogurt
sauce called Jameed to give the dish that savory taste. It is then served on a bed of rice,
and topped with toasted pine nuts and almonds.
